I started the Sonoma Diet March 6.
I am surprised by the food. I can't believe that it is so flavorful and makes you so full!
My husband tried some of the Chicken en Papillote and he loved it. The guy does not have a weight problem and he said, "Maybe I should go on a diet!!"
For this first 10 days, I am finding it so hard to say no to sugar/products. My hubby and I go to Tim Horton's for coffee almost everyday, I had to switch to tea - well green tea. I tried stevia in my coffee (brought it from home) and I did not like the taste of it. So I am sticking with the tea. It will not kill me.
I think this is the longest I have gone without any type of junk food. Last night my snack was grape tomatoes (and 28 peanuts). I have never eaten a grape tomato until last night. They were so good. I could not believe it!
